Green Energy Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
Method
  • Wash and chop the green apple into small pieces.
  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly.
  • Add the apple, banana, and spinach to a blender.
  • Pour in the almond milk and add the honey.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
